Blackman & Sloop was established in 1973 by William C. Blackman and James H. Sloop. Since its formation, the firm has strategically grown to a staff of approximately 40 individuals. Our team consists of professional, technology, and administrative staff.
The firm’s principals include Joan C. Pharr, M. Neely McLaughlin, Robin H. McDuffie, Andrea W. Eason, Carla G. Daniel, and Deetra B. Watson. Although the firm has grown since its first location in downtown Chapel Hill, we continue to operate under the principle of working closely with our clients to provide the best individualized service to meet their goals today and exceed them tomorrow.
